Recording update

Friday, June 22nd, 2007
Wednesday we pretty well nailed the guitar parts on “A Novel Idea”, which makes this the first “completed” song for the album. I think it makes a suitable opening track, but all that’s going to depend on how things piece together when they’re all finished.

Anyway, I took some video which I will put up as soon as I can convert it from a .mov file to something less…bulky. Also, I’ve had syncing problems with the audio when trying to upload the file as is to YouTube. Anyone have any suggestions on how to make this work?

2007EP available in town

There are a few places carrying copies of the 2007EP currently here in Memphis.

SpinStreet on Poplar and Highland has three copies on the racks for $5.99. Visit with Ralph or Mikey B. and tell ‘em Jack sent you.

Freewheelin’ Franks on Germantown Parkway has the five copies that used to be at Cat’s Music’s Cordova location. He should be selling them for $5.00. He’s a nice guy.

Shangri-La on Madison has two or maybe three copies in stock.

Goner had one but they sold it to someone who volunteers for WEVL. ;)
